NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner
Somatic NLP & Depth Coaching - trauma informed
Working with the nervous system, the body and the mind.
This powerful NLP training works with with the unconscious mind - integrating somatic coaching practices, NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner, and depth coaching methods to bring the body, mind and experience into the coaching room for healing and transformation at the deepest level.
You will learn to work with your clients to face challenges such as anxiety, imposter syndrome, self-sabotage and more. As an EMDR and trauma therapist, my training is naturally trauma informed throughout.

Metaphors
Metaphors are deeply unconscious processes that have a profound influence on our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Building on David Grove's work, you'll learn how to work with these internal landscapes to make changes in the unconscious mind, helping them shift deep-seated patterns.
Archetypes
Identity, values and purpose
Drawing on the work of Carl Jung and Carolyn Myss, this module explores archetypes as clusters of energy, beliefs and values in the context of identity. We are not our archetypes, but they influence our motivation, emotions, behaviours and beliefs.
Archetypes have a powerful influence over our lives and if we carry wounded and shadow archetypes it can create havoc in everyday life.
This module goes deep into teaching of archetypes and identity. You'll learn to understand and transform shadow elements into sources of personal power.
You will gain insight into the archetypes that have influenced you in life and discover facets of yourself you didn't know existed.
The Hero’s Journey
Coaching with Story-telling, meaning and narrative coaching
Our stories, the meaning of our experiences and our narratives shape how we view ourselves, our identity and our place in the world.
The Hero's Journey builds on the work of Joseph Campbell, and provides a framework for understanding the meaning behind the often chaotic events of our lives. As we learn to understand our meaning we connect more deeply with who we truly are and shifts us from powerless victims to agents and the heroes of our own lives.
ICF (ACC) Accredited Coach Mentoring
Includes three months ICF coach mentoring
At the Nina Madden Academy we include the three month ICF coach mentoring within the programme fee.
You will be working with your ICF mentor coach towards your ACC credential. This is where your coaching comes alive with real cases, live supervision, and the confidence to work as a professional certified life coach.
Programme Overview In a Nutshell:
ICF-Accredited Diploma in Coaching with NLP
Live on-line groups three times per year.
This Life Coaching and NLP programme qualifies you as an ICF Professional Coach, Life Coach and Advanced NLP Practitioner.
Programme Delivery:
- Live Online Training: Five to eight weeks (two days per week depending on schedule) live online
- Flexible delivery methods: In -person, online and self-paced hybrid.
- Three months ICF coach mentoring included in your programme fee, this mentoring provides a streamlined path to IVF ACC credentialing
- Group Size: Small groups 4-8 people per group
- Duration: Five weeks to qualify.
- Full ICF (ACC) Accreditation achieved in 6-12 months

Meet Your Trainer: Nina Madden
ICF Accredited Life Coach (PCC level) • EMDR Therapist • Accredited Trainer of NLP & Coaching • ICF Level 1 + 2 Coach Trainer
With two decades in private practice, and as an EMDR therapist, my approach to coaching is naturally trauma informed.
I am also an intrepid explorer and world-traveller having ridden a motorcycle in places like Africa, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and India.
In 2007, I left a career in the art-world to become healer, coach and teacher and I've never looked back.
I am passionate about helping you find your voice, understand the meaning and value in your story and create a life that makes you proud. I'm here to help you live an inspired, soul-led life.
I have been qualifying coaches since 2012 and established the Academy in 2016 to help you get fully certified so you too could work as a coach and healer.
This certification isn't about getting it done. It's about becoming the coach you want to be.
